Accessibility

We want everyone who runs a show, or prompts one, to be able to use rotulus.io.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on this website. This is a goal we work toward, not a certification.

What we checked

On October 5, 2026 we reviewed the 11 pages the site had then against WCAG 2.1 level AA, in the light and dark themes, and fixed what we found. The review covered keyboard use and focus, color contrast, zoom to 400 percent, narrow screens down to 320 pixels, text spacing, reduced motion, an emulated high-contrast mode, and the error messages on our forms. Pages added since then, such as this one, use the same page template, but we have not yet reviewed them on their own.

Known limitations

• We measured the pages with fallback fonts, because the site's own fonts could not load during the review. We have not yet repeated the measurements with the fonts the site uses now.
• We have not yet tested the site with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack, or with Windows contrast themes on a real machine.
• We have checked it in a Chromium browser only, not yet in Firefox or Safari.
• Text sizes are set in pixels, so your browser's default text-size setting does not change them. Page zoom works.
• Our booking pages are run by Zoho Bookings, and checkout by Stripe; we don't control their accessibility. You can request a demo by email at demo@rotulus.io, and if checkout doesn't work for you, write to support@rotulus.io and we'll help.

This statement covers the website. It does not cover the Rotulus app; if something in the app is hard to use with your setup, tell us.
