A closed beta for working prompter operators, planned for November 2026 through December 31, 2026. Run Rotulus on your real shows and help shape what it becomes.

Who it's for

Working teleprompter operators and AV staging crews who prompt live events: corporate general sessions, keynotes, awards shows and broadcasts. Windows now; macOS coming.

To join the beta you must be 18 or older and live in the United States (the 50 states, DC, US territories and APO/FPO addresses).

What you'd do

Run Rotulus on at least one real show or full rehearsal, with your usual fallback in place. Two machines with Show Sync if you can.
Tell us what broke, what slowed you down and what you liked.
Join one 20-minute feedback call.

A direct line to the developer
A free 12-month Tester License when you complete the beta: one real show or full rehearsal, and a feedback call of about 20 minutes

The fine print

The beta is closed: builds, download links and License Keys are for testers only. You are welcome to talk about Rotulus in public; the Beta Test Agreement lists the few things that stay private. Testers accept it by email before downloading: we send the download link after they accept.

Places are limited and testers are chosen from the applications. We'll reply to every application by email.
